How do I register?
  • To register for the event the best & quickest way is to fill in the online registration form which can be found on this website www.conferintahrb.ro. We also accept bookings by post CMG Media Solutions, Bd. Iuliu Maniu nr.7, corp A, et. 2, Sector 6, Bucuresti, fax +40 21 315 90 29 or E mail: iuliana.plopeanu@cmgromania.ro
  • Once we have received your registration you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours together with the Proforma Invoice to proceed payment.

How do I pay?
  • You can pay by bank transfer.
Please note that entry into the conference will not be permitted without confirmation of payment. If you are paying (or you have already paid) by Bank Transfer, please fax a copy of the confirmation to us on +40 21 315 90 29 making sure that the transfer is referenced to the name of the delegate(s) and invoice number. This will help us to quickly trace your payment.
Agreements
What is included in the overall cost for each conference?
The registration fee covers a complete set of services:
  • conference attendance at Intercontinental
  • simultaneous translation: English - Romanian; Romanian - English
  • lunch, coffee break, cocktail at Intercontinental
  • conference documentation (delegates pack and CD)

What happens if I want to cancel my booking?
  • If you wish to cancel your booking we require written notice sent by latest May 14 and no charges will be applied. If you wish to cancel your booking after May 14 you will be liable for payment of the full fee and will not be entitled for any refund.

Will you keep me updated of any changes to the conference?
  • Any changes will be updated on the HRB expert - Hospitality Forum website - please check individual conference web pages for details.

At the event

Where is the conference being held and how do I get there?
  • The conference will be held at Intercontinental Hotel - Fortuna Ballroom, 21st floor, 4 Nicolae Balcescu Blvd, Sector 1.

What happens when I get to the Conference?
  • When you arrive at the conference please go to the registration desk at Intercontinental Hotel - Fortuna Ballroom, 21st floor and collect your badge. You will be required to wear your badge at all times to allow you admittance to the conference, social events and the exhibition area.
  • For any other info, the hostess and organizers will be more than happy to help.
  • Conference documentation, including the final programme will be available in the Fortuna Conference Room on the morning of the conference.
  • Dress Code: business attire is required throughout the conference.

After the event

Where can I comment on the conference?
  • You will find a copy of the evaluation form on the delegates pack. If, for any reason you do not have an evaluation form, please go to the registration desk where you can pick up a copy.
  • Please leave it with us at the end of the event or send us an email to: iuliana.plopeanu@cmgromania.ro
  • The CD containing the presentations and photos from the event will reach you in aproximatelly 10 business days after the conference.
